Details & Pricing

My pricing is simple. For family, newborn and outdoor dance sessions, I am all-inclusive. After your shoot, I will choose the strongest images, edit each one in my style, and present your session in an online gallery for viewing, sharing, downloading and printing. Your files are hi-resolution jpegs as I do not provide the raw files. You are welcome to print any or all images through my professional lab but you do not have to. I am your storyteller and I consider every image to be a part of that story whether they end up in family albums, on your walls or framed for a grandparent.

Lifestyle Family Session $650 (+local tax)

Family sessions typically last 1.5 hours and can be done in your home or on location.  I will capture beautiful portraits of your family and all the little details that make your family unique.   I only use available light for my sessions both indoors and outdoors.   No forced smiles or stiff posing as my sessions are unrushed, stress-free and fun. You will laugh, dance and cuddle as I guide your family into the most flattering light and poses.  We will typically start with formal groupings then progress to more playful images as everyone starts to relax.  These sessions include immediate family members only.  A typical session yields 50+ images.

JUST THE KIDS SESSION $525 (+local TAX)

Sometimes parents just want updated images of the kids and not the whole family.  These sessions are similar to a family session except it’s only the kids for up to 1 hour (immediate family only). They are great for documenting milestones including seniors, updating wall galleries, and capturing the relationship between siblings.  A typical session yields 35+ images.

Newborn Family Lifestyle Session  $650 (+local TAX)

Newborn sessions take place in the comfort of your home and last up to 3 hours.  All immediate family members are included while the focus of the session is on the infant. I come to your home, find the best light and capture your family in a natural, authentic way while keeping in mind the most flattering angles.  I do gently pose you and the baby, but my style is guided by what's comfortable for your family. I do not put the baby in any uncomfortable positions, use props or force your infant to sleep.  I capture your family and all the beautiful details at that moment in time.  I recommend a newborn session all the way up to 4 months of age.   A typical session yields 50+ images. 

Newborn only Lifestyle Session  $450.00 (+local TAX)

I understand that sometimes parents just want photographs of their newborn.  These sessions are the same style as my newborn family session, but include only your infant.  They are up to 1 hour and typically yield 30+ images.  

Fresh 48 (birth space session) $475 (+local tax)

Fresh 48 sessions take place within the first 48 hours of life in your birth space (typically the hospital, a birthing center or your home).  These sessions are up to 1 hour and capture those first hours together as a family.  No prep on your end is necessary as these sessions are documentary in nature. I will capture the connection with your newborn including all the tiny details.  These sessions typically yield 25+ images.

DANCER Studio SESSION - Creative ($550 includes 5 edited images) or audition ($325 for 3 images)

Dancer studio sessions are for the dancer who wants to use creative lighting and simple backdrops in a controlled environment to highlight their artistry. Before our session, we’ll come up with posing and wardrobe ideas that work to show off the beauty of your movement and strengths of your technique. From there we will work together to capture images that you love. We will go through the images together on set and pick your favorites. Creative sessions last 1-2 hours and include wardrobe, hair and backdrop changes. The session includes 5 edited digital images with the option to add on more.

Audition session are specifically designed to capture the images your application requires. Typically, this includes a headshot and a few more specific poses such as first arabesque. This session is 30-60 mins and includes 3 edited digital images in color and black and white. You can add more poses if needed for $75 per additional pose. Please ask about adding creative images to an audition session. I am happy to create custom packages based your needs.

Dancer Location Portraits $550 (+local tax)

Dancer sessions are designed for parents and dancers who want more than the typical studio portrait. Photographing dancers at all levels is a passion of mine. It is a privilege to watch a dancer’s journey and nothing is better than hearing “Is that really me?” after my clients see their images. Location dancer sessions take place outdoors and last up to 2 hours. They include headshots, lots of movement and posing based on the dancer’s age and skill level. We will collaborate to use outdoor elements and light to highlight the natural beauty of each dancer. Costume changes are welcome. A typical session yields 20+ images.

Documentary Dance session (*contact me for pricing)

I absolutely love capturing dancers rehearsing, during class or behind the scenes.  These sessions are typically for dance studios that need updated images for flyers, websites and advertising.  I am unobtrusive and only use natural light.  Having trained in all areas of dance for 20 years and as the parent of 3 young dancers, I know how to photograph them in the most flattering angles and positions.

FINE ART SCHOOL PORTRAITS (CONTACT me FOR PRICING)

I offer fine art school portraits for local pre-schools. As a mom of 3 young girls, I know how to work with kids to create timeless, natural images that capture each child’s unique personality. Sessions are either indoors in the natural setting of the school or outdoors in the surrounding neighborhood. No lights or backdrops are used as I only photograph children in natural light. I collaborate with each school to create a schedule and plan that works for them and their students. Parents love the ease of ordering their photos from their private online gallery AFTER they see the images. Contact me to set up a meeting!
